What Did We do without Facetime ?
   Relocation is one of the niches we work with in our practice and enjoy very much.   As lifetime Wisconsin residents, we know the features of the area we cover including the counties of Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Jefferson.
    Whether we represent a Seller and tout the area to Buyers or are working with Buyers who need to know the area and all it has to offer...we are prepared to offer tours, supply lists of local attractions and interests from sports venues to cultural centers ...the specialty stores ...all of the things that they will need to know and feel at home in the Badger State.
       Sometimes only one spouse is able to make the intial house shopping trip and Facebook becomes an invaluable tool to show the spouse still at home in another state, the house, the layout....answer questions and become part of the buying decision.   We have had times when neither Buyer can be at the home and we tour it with Facetime so that they don't miss an opportunity to buy a particular home.  We sometimes video the tour at the same time so that the Buyers can have a "second ... more
