Hendersonville TN Market Report - October 2017
I just finished the October Sales Market Reports for both Gallatin TN and Hendersonville TN.   These reports can be found at https://pamrumley.com/market-report/
It remains a strong Buyer's Market for the entire area.  In a way, it's a blessing - but it sure makes it hard sometimes to find the right home for a Buyer before it gets sold to someone else. 
I also have prepared the following graph to show which price ranges sell the best in both towns.
