My gratitude to my Oklahoma City real estate investors
What an incredible year we have had in 2017 working with our many investors who purchased properties the year and many pending for 2018. In my 27 years of doing investment real estate this has been the best year of all. I can even look back to the mania for investing before 2008 and still say this was the best. When i say this it is not about volume although that was strong. What I have appreciated is the real estate investor in 2017, often from California, is a savvy and knowledgeable one. Even the new people seem to have done their homework so when I go over our 4 parameters for Oklahoma real estate return on investment is is easier for them to understand what makes it worth buying. Anytime I think about retiring I always remember what a pleasure it is building wealth for investors regardless of whether they start young or in their 50s making up for lost time. I walk up grateful everyday for the continued support for me as well as for my property management company.
