Advice for New Agents Getting into Real Estate
It might sound daunting at first, but if you follow this advice, you WILL become successful! The only way to succeed is to do what is said here and practise, pratice, practise.
I wish somebody would have given me this advice when I first got my real estate license. Instead, I survived and become successful truly on my determination and persistance.

     You have passed the Real Estate License Exam.  You have a state-issued real estate salesman's license, you have signed up with a reputable Real Estate Company.  Your business cards are in hand, and you have a page on your Broker's website.  All of this is well and good, but none of that will put commission checks into your bank account.
     Now it is time for you to gain the real-world knowledge that will help you sell homes and land!  It is time to establish yourself,  to educate yourself, and to brand yourself as a Real Estate Agent who will appeal to Buyers and Sellers!
