January in Phoenix Arizona
Warm and mild weather in January.
 New Year's resolutions to exercise more often.
More people hiking on the numerous trails around the Valley of the Sun. 
This picture above of the Camelback Mountain is taken from the Amphitheater on one of the Trails at Papago Park . 
I stopped at the Barnes and Noble Store at Tempe Marketplace Shopping Mall. On display at the entrance were all those books about hiking in the Valley - 60 Hikes within 60 Miles, Scenic Drives, Arizona Hiking.
January probably brings out on the trails a lot more people than any other months. Lovely weather!
