Suck A Brain... Are You New To Real Estate ?
 
If you are new to real estate or just want to hear about how I got started in this business...I am going to share some of my ideas.
Find a REALTOR®, you like, admire and respect and go "suck" their brain! Offer to help with their open houses, putting up a sign or lockbox, have their car washed...anything to be around them. Emulate the good stuff. Ask questions. 
This person does NOT have to be the biggest producer, this person does not have to have their name on the grocery carts or bill boards. You will know that person after some observation, watching and listening. 
 
 
Ethics...If there is a question about ethics...stay away. You know right from wrong. That is not taught in books, classes or webinars!
Confidentiality: This is obvious. If someone shares information, it is NOT yours to repeat. Earn their trust.
Define your own values and stick to them at all costs.
Listen but be careful who you listen to. Not everyone is giving you the right advice or the advice you need. When you share your ideas...be careful of the nay sayers. Always trust your instincts!
