Homeowners in North Kingstown want to know what their real estate market is doing so it is important to stay abreast of home sales and values.  Are homes selling and in what price range this December in North Kingstown and year to date?
 
This month was a slower month for home sellers and slower than the month before.  This North Kingstown RI market report will tell you that RI real estate information you need to stay abreast on.
 
 
 
North Kingstown home sales over the prior month have decreased by 30% with the following real estate single family sales for a total of 27 as follows:
 
15 homes sold under $300,000
7 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000
5 homes sold over $400,000 but less than $1 million
   0 homes sold over $1 million
  
 
There are 82 homes on the market (but 11 homes are in inspection status) and the average home sold price is $293,000 here this month.  The average home stays on the market 2.4 months prior to going into pending status.  Home sold values are up from last year by 3%.
 
The issue is that the lack of homes for sale inventory in certain price ranges.  The hottest market is under $400,000 with a nearly non-existent inventory of homes not needing updating.  Homes ... more
