Asbury Circle HOA Market Report: 2017 Year in Review
Asbury Circle is a townhome development just south of Belt Line Road in Addison. It's tucked back, off the street, and you may have driven past it and not noticed it. The building along the south end of the subdivision faces the Addison Athletic Club and is visible from Beltway Drive.
The 72 townhomes were built 2008-2011 by Ashton Woods.  There are 2 different floor plans; all have a 2-car garage and a balcony, and all are 3-stories. Most of the townhouses are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, but there are a few 2 and 4 bedroom homes. 
Seven homes sold in the HOA last year (2017) according to the Multiple Listing Service database.
Sales prices ranged from $352,500 for a 2326 square foot 4-bed, 3 1/2 bath townhome, to a $376,000 3-bed, 3 1/2 bath 2704 square foot townhome. The fastest selling home was under contract within 6 days, and the slowest selling home went under contract after 92 days. The average sold price per square foot was $143.37. There are currently two townhomes for sale in Asbury Circle. In 2016, there were only 4 sales in the HOA and the sales prices ranged from $330,000 to $357,000 (average sales price was $339,125).
