There are no emegencies in real estate
Generally speaking, there are no emergencies in real estate. There are sometimes some stressful times, where a decisions have to be made. There are times that you might think it's an emergency since a new home came on the market that you really want to see, or a deadline for all offers to be submitted by or times where you may feel under the wire since your mortgage broker needs some more documentation.
