Median Price in Charleston in December was $268,843 which was up 10.2% compared to last December
We closed 1,546 Homes in December which was up 1.4%
We ended with 4,750 Homes available for the Charleston Tri County area which was down 12.5% from December last year.  Our Inventory is extremely low which drives our sellers market.
We saw only 1,239 Homes hit the market in December which was down 6.1% from December of last year.
With all that said if you are looking to purchase a home get with an agent who knows the market and knows what pricing is doing to help guide you to make a sound decision!
 
IF you are thinking of selling your home, inventory is down so DO NOT WAIT for the Spring Market, take advangate of the fact that you have less competition now!
