What Should Be In Your Email Signature?
There are many reasons to have a good email signature. Two primary reasons is to brand yourself and to send email recipients to your website.
 
We noticed that many of you on Active Rain have fantastic signatures for your blog posts. They are clear and concise. Some will have contact information .Some will have pictures. It's perfect.
 
This is exactly how your email signature should be structured too! And your signature should be consistent among all devices. How can a potential client call you for more questions if your email signature on your phone is "sent from my iPhone"? Be sure to update your email signature everywhere!
 
The basic components you need are:
 
Agent Name, Designations
Phone Number
Brokerage
Call to Action + Website
Call to Action + Social Link
 
When filled out, it would look like this:
