New Agents | Want A Strong Start Off The Blocks | Learn SEO Basics
 
In a booming market, you can sit by a phone, and it rings. If you want your phone to ring in our current sellers’ market, you must market online and offline to cover every socio-economic class.
For new agents just beginning the race, getting off the blocks is difficult in this market. Unless you have a “bird dog” that “feeds” business to you, you must market online to find buyers.
It’s not likely that a new agent will secure many listings during early years in the business, but buyers often own homes and those are usually an agent’s first listings. To find buyers, you need to know the basics of SEO. Writing a blog post and giving it a title with two or three words will not work well.  This is one reason it is very important to enroll is a basic SEO course from one of the many SEO experts on this site.
