Dear Seller. Don't Shoot Yourself in the Foot on Facebook
  So we all know the obvious things that we shouldn't do on Social media, like posting pictures of ourselves having fun during a work day when we called in sick. But there are few things that you should think about when you are selling your home and you are also active on social platforms like Facebook.
  Sellers are always excited to share that their home is for sale and honestly, this never bothers me as long as the seller understands to send any interested people my way. Their sharing allows news of the home to travel farther and reach more potentially interested prospects. But one thing I caution against is speaking poorly about the community you live in, your neighbors, or divulging too much about your reason for moving online. Just think about it for minute.
 
Today information travels faster than and negative news moves at the speed of light. So when you go online and say that you can't wait to move from this dump of a neighborhood, trust me, more people than you think see that post. Especially when your "friends" start liking a commenting. The last thing you need is a potential buyer seeing you ranting and raving about how ridiculous ... more
