Good thing I wasn't rude and obnoxious.... like I normally am.
Following the vein from yesterday's post where an email I sent out fell into my seller's hands.  At least with decent results.
I placed a call to city hall... 'cause my parking permit had expired.  I ordered a new one in December... and it still hadn't arrived.  I called a couple of weeks ago to inquire, and they told me they had been behind schedule... due to "reasons"... and they would make sure not to ticket me for continuing to park in the lot, even though my sticker had expired.
Yesterday I called, yet again, to let them know my sticker had still not arrived.  The woman who answered was pleasant, and in return so was I.
I simply said "I called a couple of weeks ago... and my sticker still hasn't arrived".  She dealt with my issue... it turns out the sticker had returned to them, 'cause they had my address wrong.
Then came the kicker... she said "This is Monica... Debbie's sister."  She could clearly hear my blank stare... "Debbie who works in your office!"....
Good thing I was nice to her.  I  wouldn't want her complaining to Debbie that this Alan-guy was mean to her sister.... right?
