What’s Happening Downtown Minneapolis?
How would you like to wake up to panoramic views of the skyline as the sun begins to peek through your bedroom windows? Baby Boomers are flocking back to the city. It’s a surprise to see couples with a big 4 bedroom house, and acreage in the suburbs downsizing to1300 square feet of city living. They feel that they’ve done their due diligence, given the kids a solid start, and now it’s time for less maintenance and more mingling.  
It’s not just Boomers, but young professionals are opting for urban living as they start their careers. In 2017, 1400 downtown units were sold, there must be some exciting benefits:
