What Sold in your Village - Glenview IL January 2018

There were 31 closed home sales in Glenview in January, 2018.  That is a good number considering they went under contract during what is considered the slowest time of year in real estate.  There was one short sale and two foreclosures.

Homes for sale:  166 (priced $215,000 to $2,399,000)
Under contract: 54 (priced $265,000 to $1,398,000)
Current absorption rate:  3 1/2 months (the lowest of our North Shore villages - a definite seller's market)
Condos for sale: 40 (priced $232,000 to $1,840,000)
