Past and present clients will be receiving a special Valentine's Day sweet treat in the mail to show appreciation of our continued relationship. A soft touch is my approach of choice with a follow up call.
 
Consistent methods gain positive results, especially when clients are in need of real estate related services. Of course, I am also the reliable local source for recommendations on car repair, hair salons, doctors, etc.
 
Try sending out something of value to those who matter in your business sphere. The pay off is huge when a call comes in with a simple Thank You or when it prompts an unexpected quick visit to catch up.
 
Even better than that, it keeps you in business with people who have become part of the local community. They will refer their family members and friends when the times comes for a move.
 
So, send out the L♥VE, it will come back to you!
