We were able to assist our buyer on finding their Forever Home!  They were looking for a home on the water with a dock in James Island.  
We stumbled across an existing resale that was listed for $949,950 and I was able to get them to lower the price to $889,000!  That is a 7.5% discount that we negotiated them down on!
This home was less then a year old as well and was in pristine move in condition.  The openness from the kitchen to the great room really attracted our clients.
The back screened in porch overlooks a tidal creek and has a shared dock.  It is such a peaceful place and I enjoyed visiting the home several times with them.  I am truly looking forward to being invited over for a BBQ and enjoying the water views!
