March Market Update! February was another hot month in the Charleston Real Estate market though we did see a for the first time in a long while that the month of February saw less sales then the year before!
 
Now we did have the snow storm in the first week of January that shut everything down for a week!
 
If you are in the market to purchase a home, keep an eye on interest rates as every lender I know is telling me to expect them to be in the 5% range by end of year!
