      Closed sales in Highland Beach FL for February 2018 a significant increase from last month for condos, townhouses and villas.       There was no single family houses that closed this month in Highland Beach FL.  However, there were 19  condos, villas and townhouses.  That's 2 more than last month.  It doesn't sound like a lot, but Highland Beach, Florida is pretty small in size at 1.1 miles along the ocean!   If you are considering buying a home you can still find deals on a condo or house in Highland Beach, but having  a good real estate agent who understands the market and will work with you is a must. A good real estate agent who understands the market is a must.
