How Do Your Market Your Listings?
Gone are the days of the 4 P's; Put a sign in the yard, Put the listing in the MLS, Put a lockbox on the house, and Pray.
Gone also are the days where services like ListHub and other automated syndication services where all you needed to do for your online listing marketing efforts.
The internet marketing scene changes almost daily. The first thing you need to do is figure out what your goals for your listings are.
As a listing agent, of course you want to sell the listing. So the first priority is to get your listing in front of the most qualified buyers for that particular property on the internet.
Remember that buyers are not making a list of properties they want to see, instead they are doing the process of elimination of homes. They are busy people, they don't have time to look at dozens of homes in person.
Don't give them a reason to cross your listing off of their list.
The next thing we want is to have more sellers in that area see our listing and want to list their properties with us. So we want to get more listings from our listing marketing.
