Would You Like to Buy a Craftsman Fixer in Woodland?

I am such a sucker for historic homes. Perhaps it's because I didn't much appreciate or see the value when I was younger. They were just houses. A place to live. (This is what happens, perhaps, growing up in the suburbs, ewww, it's not new.) But then one day you realize how significant these older homes are. Or, at least that's how it happened with me. Complete transformation resulting in a fixation.
