Reaching Out And Chatting With The Delightful Candice Donofrio!

Although Candice has been on Active Rain longer than I have been, I recently discovered this lovely delightful lady in the  Question and Answer section. When it comes to real estate, we share an expertise in commercial real estate. What caught my attention is her sense of humor as well as her genuineness. So many times, when I respond to a question, I find myself agreeing with her as well as chuckling at her inimitable style!
 
Then, there was the fact that she worked in the Brentwood part of Los Angeles. We lived in Brentwood and our offices were within walking distance of hers. Her offices were in the building that we passed daily on our way to meetings.  We even attended a lavish lunch on the penthouse of the building that the British owners gave to meet and greet the Westside Commercial Real Estate Community.  
 
We set up an appointment to talk yesterday. We spoke of many things, the LA scene, and what moved her to leave her native California for Arizona where she loves living. We shared our life stories, our philosophies, the people we knew, Alan Watts books, our spouses, the great friends we had made on Active Rain and ... more
