Homeowner's Decide On How Much To List Their Home For
As a real estate professional in the Danbury area, my job is to educate home sellers on the local market in order for them to sell their home in a reasonable time period for a good price. My goal in partnering with you is to not list to the home too low so that you would be leaving any equity on the table. Also, we don't want to decide to go too high based on the recent sales, otherwise you will be sitting on the market costing you time and then having to reduce to the price I provided you.
However, at the end of the day when homeowners decide to list the home, they decide on the dollar amount that goes into the listing contract. It is their home and owners decide on what they'd like to start off at. Due to the tight housing market in the Danbury,CT area homes, owners can try out a higher little than before and see how the market reacts to their product.
