Great Gainesville Eats: Fehrenbacher's Artisan Sausage
Fehrenbacher's Artisan Sausage opened in Gainesville in January of this year. In my opinion, it is the  jewel of the 4th avenue food park area and will continue to be, long after this developing area adds more food-related businesses.

I'm excited to see them continue to grow and produce quality artisan products. My favorite item thus far is the bratwurst, which I enjoy pairing with one of L.E.J Pretzels (@lejpretzels) incredible pretzel hot dog buns and a little German mustard. Everything I've tried from Fehrenbacher's has been of the highest quality. Adam and Tatiana are both very personable with excellent customer service.
