The 1st quarter of 2018 has been a busy year in the real estate market in the Carlsbad 92010 area, but with some shifts from the same period in 2017. In this report we take a look at what happened with single family detached homes sales in the Carlsbad 92010 area for the 1st quarter of 2018, and current and pending listings.
The 92010 area of Carlsbad includes Calavera Hills (TOP photo is of Mount Calavera), Tamarack Point, The Summit, The Foothills at Carlsbad, Carlsbad Heights, Spinnaker Point, the new planned communities of Robertson Ranch (2 of the 4 neighborhoods are gated communities) and The Preserve, and other neighborhoods to the west but east of El Camino Real, with a mix of attached (condos, town homes, twin homes) and detached single family homes.

35 single family detached homes sold in 92010 in Q1 of 2018 (13% more than in 2017) Average sales price was $893,930 – up 11% from Q1 2017 average prices
Sales prices ranged from $575,000 to $1,550,000 Median price was $850,000, up 10% over the Q1 2017 median sales price.
