This 19-story building (20 if you consider that penthouses are in two levels) has 69 2- and 3-bedroom condos, all of which are oceanfront. Excellent view of the ocean, and the river from the middle of the building and up.
Popular partly because of only 1-week minimum rental requirement, which is relatively rare in Daytona Beach, it is more common in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea.
Currently, there is one unit for sale in the Horizons Condominium. A three-bedroom condo unit on the 4th flor for $389,750.
2 units in the building are under contract. Both are 3-bedroom units.
2 units have new owners since the beginning of the year. A 2-bedroom unit was sold for $322K and a penthouse unit was sold for $445K.
10 units changed hands in 2017.
4 units changed hands in Horizons Condominiums in 2016 and prices for 2 bedrooms were in the upper $200s and 3-bedroom in low $300s…
5 units changed hands in 2015 with even slightly lower prices…
