It's been a really strong year so far, for home sales in the north shore town of Paia Maui.  Oceanfront listings are selling, and the supply of real estate for sale is drastically low!  Do you have a property to sell?  Let me help with that.
Here's the update on home sales in 2018:
9 closed sales priced from $496,000 to $6,350,000 average sale price of $1,623,375 and median sale price of $800,000 Days on Market ranged from 44 to 337 days, with a median of 104 no short sales, no REO sales, and no CPR properties 2 were oceanfront with multi-million dollar price tags 8 were single homes and only 1 was a house with a detached cottage
