Fixer Home Sold 3 Times in 30 Days in East Sacramento
No sooner did I put this fixer home in East Sacramento on the market than I had an offer. I told the agent I did not want to advise my seller to take it because I did not believe (for a valid reason) that her buyer would close escrow. Helps that of course I knew of her buyer, had spoken to him a few times. Recalled when he first started his flipping business or at least when I had become aware of it.
This person was better than some other flippers I've had the distinct displeasure of working with. So many of them do not know what they are doing. Not only that, but they spend weeks "investigating" the property and then try to renegotiate at the 11th hour. Seems par for the course, despite what they promise.
Which is how I came to sell this property 3 times over 30 days. Bad part about that, of course, is I only get paid once and my seller goes through turmoil. This particular seller was pretty far removed, given his particular circumstances.
