Solution for Keeping Light Switches On All of the Time
Every home I visit for a listing appointment is unique and different, and many offer an opportunity to learn something new. Even after 4 decades in the business, I still learn. Constantly learning keeps my work interesting.
When I walked into my client's home last week, I immediately smelled dog odor, very strong. It's unmistakeable when you have dogs, pretty much. Some homes are worse than others. But this dog was 13, a type of beagle mix, curled up in a corner by a chair. The mark on the wall from the dog was enormous and very noticeable.
Still, that dog is really old and very sweet. Also, the condition of that home really doesn't matter because it will be sold as a fixer probate, one of my specialities. I know how to extract top dollar from these types of sales.
