Repurpose A Post
The repurpose content theme is great here. But take a look at the subject, too. It covers the concept of a Seller putting a Home on the Market contingent on finding a home of choice. Another good point is to do the home inspection and repairs in advance, too. Then two of the big challenges are out of the way when a home is found!
 
Those of us who have been blogging for awhile may want to reuse those past posts in a different way.
 

 
Some years ago, I wrote this popular but a bit controversial post that was featured and received a lot of comments.
Recently I have been asked to write an "Ask the Real Estate Expert" 
I just go back and choose one of my previous blog posts. 
 
This will be running in the paper this week.
 

 
It basically is the copy from one of my previous articles.
 
Wonderful way to save time.
It's good publicity. 
I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
