Not by choice . . . but it was fun to see the cute words at the end of this nice note from a client for whom I just closed unit number 10 over the past 5 months.
A decent understanding of human nature is definitely called for, frequently, during the course of our days and transactions.
To be the voice of reason. Sometimes, the only adult in a room full of children.
Keeping the big picture ever in mind, even when it's exhausting to imagine.

Or perhaps, to see and raise the level of insanity that surrounds us on occasion.
