Hard To SELL Without A CELL
 
 
 
It has been a wonderfully full and very busy week with new listings, showings, contracts, phone calls, emails, offers and, of course, the radio show.
 
My phone has been intermittently not working but not consistent enough to explain it to someone. I would hear that I didn't return a call, that I didn't answer or that I was ignoring them. Sometimes the calls came through. Other times the phone got warm to touch and other times my battery would go down with lightening speed. A few calls came through, a few texts came through.
 
I am known for answering my phone! This was a  tricky to explain when I found out that a potential client had called, early in the morning, and did not get a reply until the late evening.
When I did return his call...I started with an apology. He asked why did I have to apologize. I told him I always answer my phone. Always except this time..because I had phone problems. He had already contacted other agents but was interested in what I had to say. 
 
For sure I had to get a new phone...but so hard to take time when there is so much to do.
