Rudolphtown is an established neighborhood with homes on larger lots. Even some of the lots are over an acre and have very large trres. The neighborhood started over 20 years ago.
It has been a popular area because of its look and location. Rudolphtown has many brick homes many have swimming pools. The location is near the corner of Memorial Drive and Warfield Blvd. which is convenient to many parts of Clarksville.

Many of the homes were custom built. There are currently 3 homes on the market for sale in the neighborhood, one home is pending and one has closed since the first of the year at a sale price of $187,500. that was a bargain price.  There is usually always a few homes available for sale in Rudolphtown.
