Okan Tower Coming to Downtown Miami
The wait is almost over. Turkish developer Okan Group will be unveiling tomorrow night Okan Tower, a tulip-inspired, mixed-purpose development which will be built in Downtown Miami at 555 North Miami Avenue. The 70-story tower will include a 294-key hotel by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 236 condo-hotel units, 154 condo residences (including 4 duplex penthouses), and 64,000 square feet of 'Class A' office space. 
The amenities at Okan Tower will include a 70th floor sky pool (pictured above), outdoor lounge, Hammam spa, chef and gastro kitchen, state-of-the-art health and fitness center, movie theater, kids' playroom, wine cellar, cigar room, and much more. 
Official pricing for Okan Tower has yet to be released but studios are expected to start at $318,500.  Groundbreaking for Okan Tower is expected to take place this coming Fall.
