How Much House Can I Afford? What Every Homebuyer Needs to Know
As a Buyer's Agent, we all know how important it is to set expectations with your Buyers! 
While I dont' always do it (and that is my bad) I try to have an intitial Buyer's Consultation with each Buyer before we ever go out and look at a home or condominium. While I use this time to leare more about what they are looking for in their new home, it is also a great time to talk to them about all the parts of owning a home.
And many of their financing questions are best answered by one of our Team Lenders! With that knowledge about their mortgage and what they can afford (and are comfortable paying, I can then start finding the home that will meet their needs.
