It's been a huge topic of discussion in Door County at every level:  northern Door County does not have affordable housing, nor enough housing for it's seasonal work staff.  Homes that come on the market in northern Door County under $200,000 are snatched up very quickly (even the seasonal homes, for vacationers).   I've spent at least 25 years of my life working on attainable housing for northern Door County.  Together, with the developers of Meadow Wood LLC, we do have a solution.
