Holly is a very historical and cute area to live. Most places if you are in downtown are walking distance and the schools are great. A lot of the homes here are very old but don't let that discourage you, there are plenty of newer construction homes as-well. The older home are beautiful and full of charm. The whole town is full of charm, and fun events all year round. Don't worry the town is more of a family and older age range. Definitely not like Royal Oak or Ann Arbor... More so like Down Town Milford. The history and the charm is similar as well as the events and the family feel. You and your kids will love living here, as the schools are great and they'll be able to enjoy downtown just as much as you will. The town is a safe and fun place to live.
