Homeowners in North Kingstown want to know what their real estate market is doing so it is important to stay abreast of home sales and values.  Are homes selling and in what price range this month in North Kingstown and year to date?
 
This month was a busier month for home sellers and better than the month before.  This North Kingstown RI market report will tell you that RI real estate information you need to stay abreast on.
 
 
 
North Kingstown home sales over the prior month have increased by 68% with the following real estate single family sales for a total of 32 as follows:
 
9  homes sold under $300,000
10 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000
13 homes sold over $400,000 but less than $1 million
   0 home sold over $1 million
  
 
There are 128 homes on the market (but 35 homes are in inspection status and under contract of this number) and the average home sold price is $388,000 here this month.  The average home stays on the market 1.9 months prior to going into pending status.  Home sold values are up from last year by 17% in the first 4 months of 2018 over same period in 2017.
