Dunes Club Condos May 2018 Market ReportFor May 2018 there are no condos available to purchase in the Dunes Club on Hutchinson Island. Also, there are no condos currently under contract in the Dunes Club. And, in the past twelve months, only one condo has sold.  The sales price was $300,000 or $229.01 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo sold for 95% of list price and went under contract 5 days after being listed.
About the Dunes Club Condos on Hutchinson Island
The Dunes Club Condos of Hutchinson Island just outside of the Indian River Plantation complex of Stuart FL is an oceanfront complex of spacious townhome style condos.  These units were built in 1974. There are 18 residences; all are 2 bedroom and 3 bath condos with 1,310 sq. ft. of living area.
There is ample parking for all as well as a private swimming pool.  The management fees at the time of this writing are $650 per month.
Though not actually a part of the Indian River Plantation, residents can join the beach club and enjoy the amenities which include a golf course, full-service marina, tennis courts, tiki bar and shuttle service around the complex and to the Hutchinson Island Marriott ... more
