May Contest: Retaining Agents for the Long Haul!
 
 
     The majority topics I read on the rain is how to survive as a real estate agent in your 1st few years which is excellent. We hear about recruiting agents but what happens once you get the agents.  Therefore, I would like to see a contest for a plan on how to retain real estate agents for the long haul. This can be a contest to write a blog about a brokerage retaining agents and they can write a five to seven tips (or whatever number) on the topic and explain. I would like to see some outta the box thinking especially thoughts on retaining the millennials. The rain member who participates in the contest can be awarded 1500 points and minimum 300 words.  This will be a learning opportunity for brokers who are trying to grow their business without spending thousands of dollars in the beginning. There is no special time of the year for this contest because it’s always needed due to the increasing of new real estate brokerages in my area.  How does a small company rise to the top?  Share your secrets.
