I May Look Young, But I Do Know What I'm Doing-There's No Fooling Me
First impressions to mean a lot, especially when clients are seeking a real estate to assist with their move.  Sometimes when I get to a clients front door, I feel like I am judged before I even start to talk.  Some prospective clients look at me like I'm one of their children and don't want to hear anything that I would say-after all what do you their children know about moving. As a full time real estate professional,  I am knowledgeable on market trends, the policy & procedures to insure a smooth move into a new home. 
Being a younger agent, I have learned early the importance of clear communication. I wasn't born yesterday& know there are a lot of details that need to be explained in the home buying or selling process. This includes getting complete paid receipts, documentation on any request repair items, knowing the timing of the events, and standards for negotiations. I promptly follow up any phone conservation with a text or email message so that we know were are on the same page.
I don't buy into games making unrealistically low offers on multiple houses, with the intentions of only being able to purchase one. You'd have to disclose that you have offers on several properties, ... more
