Last month's ActiveRain contest winning post, written by Fred Griffin, was very well-received and judging by the number of comments on his entry post, something that many members are passionate about. As per the previous contest winner's benefits, I am hosting this contest for Fred. However, Fred has been ever-so gracious and will be judging this contest!

The contest details & rules are as follows:
 
The Challenge:  
What would YOU do if you were given complete control of the National Association of Realtors®?  You are Chairman of the Board, and the CEO.  The Board of Directors will yield to whatever you say.  The Membership has granted you carte blanche.  Tell us how you will elevate NAR to its former glory!

Reviewing the Situation: 
Many NAR members are up in arms.  There are objections to the dues increase.  The new $250,000 logo was shelved after an uproar.  Members feel left in the dark; they want to know how their dues are being spent.  The sale of our brand, Realtor.com, has left a festering wound.  And, there is great concern that NAR leaders are rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, as we approach the iceberg of Zillow, Redfin, and Opendoor.
