Home Price Index Report April 2018
On June 5, 2018, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales gained 6.9% in April of 2018, from April of 2017; while predicted to rise 5.3% to April of 2019.
This is an indication that it is a good time to buy or sell property in real estate market.
