Facebook Fridays - Slow and Steady Beats Hype Every Time

It is easy to get caught up in the hype of new things or even sucked in by the can't miss approach or biz opportunity to improve our marketing. The truth is, most of the social media sites (FB included), only work if we put in the effort to make them a success. That starts with providing local consumers with something of value, such as a blog post about something going on in your community (rezoning, a new law, etc.) and expanding from there. Do not forget to engage with them when they start visiting...if you are taking the social out of social media your results will be poor.
Did You Know...According to the Pew Research Center, 53% of U.S. adults use Facebook several times a day. For some of them, that means they are searching for real estate content...are they getting it from your FB page?  ;-)
