It is so important to get listings priced right!  This beautiful home has been on the market for a few months now with no offers.  The sellers recently lowered the price by $10,000.00 and now it seems that every other phone call received is about this home.  As of last Friday, it is in contract... and now callers are disappointed that they didn't call soon enough. 
 
If you see a home that you like and you can get pre-qualified to purchase at the list price, do it!  Get the pre-qualification, call Integrity Real Estate Services and go look at the home.  If you want to make an offer of a lesser amount than the asking price, do it!  Make the offer with some earnest money and see what happens.  Just remember that if you like the home, there are probably a dozen others in Idabel thinking the same thing so you should make your offer high enough to get valid consideration by the sellers.
