Questionable Real Estate License Exam Question #2
So part 2 of this series was one of the first instances that we found in Laura's online real estate licensing course that caused a little concern for us. Maybe you can tell me what we are missing here.
 
Under the Federal Fair Housing Acts, all of the following are exempted EXCEPT
resident owners of three units or less. private clubs restricting non-commercial rentals to their members. churches limiting the sale of church-owned property to their members. housing restricted to the elderly if certain requirements are met.  
This question was on the final exam of one of the courses bundled into the 168 hour online course. How would you answer this one?
