Wallenpaupack Real Estate YouTube Channel Launched
I'm very excited - my Lake Wallenpaupack (and surrounding region) Real Estate YouTube channel is finally ready to launch.  
Since becoming a full time Realtor in 2007, I've played around with YouTube but never took the time to create real estate videos with consistency.  I have known and understood the value in YouTube and video in general, but have not allocated the time necessary to create quality content on a regular basis.  One of my biggest hindrances has been time management, along with the fear of not being "polished" and "professional" enough.
While I was out with buyers however, I noticed that they took their own video to look at their favorite homes again later - they were not concerned with it being "polished" and "professional" - they wanted to be able to see the flow, the layout, the rooms to reinforce what they saw while touring the property.
There are a plethora of "polished" and "professional" quality videos out there and I didn't want to be just another voice in the cacophany of real estate marketing. I wanted to be down to earth, relevant, fresh, and interesting.
