Orange County, California Homes Sales & Values Report May 2018
On June 19, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 2.4% at an average price of $838,000 in May of 2018 from an average price of $818,000 in April of 2018, and jumped 5.4% from $795,000 in May of 2017. While, homes sales increased 12.4% in May of 2018 from April of 2018, but decreased 7.4% from May of 2017, in Orange County, California.
There were 3.3 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in May of 2018, down from 3.5 months in April of 2018, but up from 3.1 months in May of 2017. An average it took 15.0 days to sell a single family home in May 2018, higher from 14.0 days in April of 2018, but unchanged from 14.0 days in May of 2017, in Orange County, California.
