I will never forget the sound of the engines at my first Daytona International Speedway event back in the 1970's. It was an Adrenalin rush I never forgot. America was TRULY built on cars and some GREAT ones too!!!

Excellence meant mechanics with muscles turning wrenches, replacing parts, checking the engine without a Diagnostic Testing Machine, no time for chick flicks, making money the old fashioned way to take a date out to dinner, and polishing up your engine!
